Who has used DAE live? How did it go?

Has anyone had any good luck with DAE live? I log in a few times to see their deals and some of them seem great especially for $89 a week. I like the fact that they keep inventory up even if it's mid week. The only problem is that I haven't seen anything I could take advantage of yet. Just wondering what opinions are of DAE live? They seem to be better for those on the west coast and I live in Florida.

They just got me a nice 2BR spring week in a GC in southern England as an exchange. In the past, they have gotten me Bali, Grand Cayman, Puerto Rico, French Riviera summer, UK canalboat summer, Polish coast summer, Croatian coast summer, Myrtle Beach summer, Outer Banks summer, Smugglers Notch summer, and SoCal summer, among others, as exchanges.

I like them. They are customer-focused which is refreshing.

I'm neutral on them right now, but perhaps that is because I haven't tried to fully use their services.

I put in a test week (CMV UDI white week, nominal cost $50) with them two years ago, and then just sampled availability. I never saw something I wanted, but then, I didn't put in an ongoing request (I didn't have a specific goal in mind). My week expired unused. Their inventory is more Europe-focused than where I typically go.

We'll be heading to Europe next summer, so perhaps I should check them again. I've heard mostly positive things.

Since this is an Ask DAE forum and they get an email with every post alerting them that there is a Question for them to answer and since it seems there is no Questions, I am moving this thread to another forum.

Finally tried out DAElive after having an account with them for years and I just wanted to say that it was a very pleasant experience.

I saw a bonus week I wanted online but wanted to confirm that it was still available since it is past the check in date and the nice guy on the phone booked me and didn't charge me any extra fees for doing it online.
He even emailed me right with me on the phone and called Wastegate to verify so I can use it tomorrow.

I'm impressed, at least with the bonus opportunities.
Haven't seen any exchanges yet that I could use but I'm definetely gonna keep looking and try them again soon.

I'm here at Westgate now and there was a little glitch in Westgate changing the date on the exchange because the front desk people had never heard of DAElive. But I have to say that the girl from DAE actually called me back to make sure everything went thru when I called her a little worried since we would be arriving at 2am. Happy to say we got here and checked in without any problems.
