The TimeShare Space
Thank you for your post and information. Last year I was conned to sign similar agreement with The Timeshare Space from Orlando, Florida. After one year, constant phone calls nothing has happen. I may use same tactic to get my money back that timeshare owner used to get it from REALTYTRADE.
If there are other timeshare owners who have any contact with The Timeshare Space I would like to hear from them. Please PM me. Thanks.

These operations are like the arcade whack-a-mole game. When one gets beaten they just pop up somewhere else.
About ten years ago the big thing was paying upfront for an appraisal of the property for an outfit that was creating a real estate investment trust consisting of timeshares. Eventually those guys were sent to jail for fraud.
But the basic situation still remains - people are desperate want to get out of their timeshare ownership, and are all too ready to hand over money to someone, sight unseen, who promises to get them back a decent amount of cash.
So now the details change - instead of an appraisal fee it's now an advertising and listing fee. But it's the same story. Money paid up front for a sale that never happens.
And as soon as you whack one of the outfits, they just pop up some place else with a new name.“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”
