Real estate taxes - do you deduct???

Apparently I never looked close enough at my annual time share dues. Probably because I pay them early in Sept over the phone so I can get my week for the upcoming year (floats).

Anyway, I noticed it was broken down into Association Fees and Real estate taxes. Can I claim those taxes on my schedule A?
