I don't think so. I don't even need to read the article to know that these numbers are wrong or misleading. Prices dropped dramatically across ALL timeshare resort from 2008 to 2009.

Wow. Sounds like they are doing fabulous.

Do they charge an upfront fee to sell?

If so then maybe that explains why they are doing so well.

So many desperate people trying to get rid of their TS.

I know they spend a fortune on mailings because it seems that
every month I get a flyer from them.

A quick check on e-bay shows and some of the posts here shows the real truth. Perhaps the only blip is that people are getting smart and buying resale and NOT from the developers.
