  • I am buying up timeshares for top dollar

Like the heading says, I am trying to buy up some different timeshares in different areas. This is a new business for me and I thought this would be the perfect place to find people selling there time shares. I will pay cash and if I like what I see we can wrap up a deal pretty quickly, let me know your thoughts.

      1. Don't pay any front-end fee.
      2. Make sure the property is transferred out.

My thoughts too.. Why in the world would anyone advertise that they are paying TOP DOLLAR when you can now get timeshares for pennies or even for free!

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

I'm going to apply for one of them government alternative energy grants. I figure that if I can connect his butt to a pipeline, I ought to be able to capture enough gas to heat all of the houses on the East Coast.

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

                    “You shouldn't wear that body.”

                          Oh Yea of Little Faith

You guys have such little faith in humanity. How could you be so cynical and have no confidence in a person who has reached out to help all of us who are laden with the burden of high maintenance fees. This person is a saint who will pay top dollar for our timeshares that we can barely rent for our maintenance fees.

You make it sound like the gentleman who was going to transform towns in the movie, There Will Be Blood.

Seriously if you want a prime week in a seasonal resort(summer Cape Cod oceanfront or Key West winter etc.) you will have to pay top dollar. It is only the dog weeks in seasonal resorts that are worthless.

Almost all resorts are seasonal. It is rare that demand exceeds supply during the entire year for any resorts, and those that fall into that category are mostly a handful of urban resorts. Even those are seasonal in that there is a high season when demand exceeds supply by a much greater factor than at other times of the year.

If you look at eBay, there are prime weeks that go for pennies in this environment and especially this time of the year. Of course eBay is only a tiny fraction of the resale market, and most resale transactions for prime week do indeed go for top dollar, even in today's climate.
