St. Regis New York City

I was looking around at resorts you can stay in New York City. I see they have the St. Regis. I did a little looking around and see that it is owned by Starwood. I also looked around to see if I could find it resale but the prices resale were OUTRAGOUS! What do y'all know about getting that for a good resale price. I don't see it on E-bay at all. Just wondering. It is a beautiful resort.

WOW, I see that the maintance fees are $17,000 in a year. I'm not going to be touching that one! If you can afford the mainatance fees I guess you can aford the retail price! Can't beleive it! It does look really nice, but I don't even want to pay the maintance fees!
