I have had my deluxe studio for rent, February 20-27, 2010 on Red Week for over 3 months at $110/night rent, which is the lowest on Red week for a ski week. I have not gotten a single offer. Has any one else had the same problem??

Have you successfully rented the studio before for the same week, or is this your first listing?

And do you really mean 2010, as in the checkin was this past Saturday?

Yes this is the first time and yes I know checkin was last Saturday. I asked if anyone else was having problem renting during prime ski season.

I asked because I was wondering if the studios might be harder to rent than the larger units. I see another studio was rented for the last week of January. But let's wait and see if someone can come along and answer you directly based on their own experience.
