I am pretty sure that Tony, Frank and Boca will al be posting and all agreeing that I am correct and that a lot of others have said the same thing about their uncannty resemblance to Jaba.

I just hope Jaba does not see my post saying that those 3 look like Jaba and have Jaba take offense. Of course I would not blame Jaba for feeling insluted.

I probably should have made my screen name Nurse Ratchet. And I am beginning to rethink the use of my birth year in my name as I get a little older. Can I edit my screen name, I wonder?

Since Bruce won't say the reason for his screen name, I'll tell you: His first name is Bruce and he can't spell the last one-tho he knows there is a z in it and it begins with C- which was the best grade he ever got (and just that one time).

No, but my wife does.

But I am going to give you a serios response out of my respect for you and what I sense as your demostrated sense of fairness over the years.

The people that I have kidded on this string except for Tonyg and Melvin I have mostly personally meet and kidded and insulted them like they have done to me face to face.

But I have personally talked to Tony on the phone for over 4 years and Melvin for about 3 years. For a referance on back and forth insults check the "I am going to ST Croix String" on this site.

Those included would be Boca, Big Frank, Sandcrab and a few others.

This is not directed anyone who has posted on this string. There are some who by have double standards without being held accountable for their postings that I find more than just truely insulting.

They typically hide in the background are the ones like Tonyg says that have others attack you knowing that the target seemingly has no way to respond.

They have been found to post under differant names. They think they will not be held accountable because they think they can not be found.

With some of those who unlike me are afraid to be out in the open instead they do their dirty work or have other do their dirty work behind the senes.

Those are the types who I find truely insulting. IMHO I also think they are moslty phyiscal and mental cowards and lack basic morals.

I would make one addition to your comments. I lose respect for those who make ad hominem attacks on other people's characters and motives. Discuss facts, ideas, thoughts, hypotheses - not people.

I certainly don't have your posting or spelling skills and I am definately not trying to debate you as I mostly agree with your posting.

In regard to motives. If a person has attacked in a similar personal manner lets say 2 or more times then those motives IMHO should be questioned.

As the old saying goes, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twince shame on me.

So I claim to be very leery of some motives, agendas of certain people who I know in the past have baited others in the past in a effort to try in get them in trouble in some manner and cause them problems and then have others of the same ilk attack them.

But enough of this stuff.

I wish all of the moms out there a truely happy mothers day.

Bruce, I think the poster was joking about the spelling of insulting as in-SLUT-ting...

I enjoy the banter you guys employ while "insulting" each other. It is easy to see that it is all in good fun. Perhaps when someone outside of the group tries it, it doesn't come off the same way. When I read Steve's post I saw it as a jest regarding the word slut, not the insults.
