Im looking into buying Wyndham at Glacier Canyon, Iv heard the resale points dont convert the same as "new" points...is this true?

Also who is the best resort to buy through where things can be easliy exchanged?

Can I book only 30 days in advance to the "home resort?"

Thats about it for now I look forward to the advice!!!

It is the same as developer point purchase. The only thing it does not count is when calculate if you can get VIP or what VIP level.

As to exchange wise, there is no difference. The best resort will be the one with lowest MF.

For "Home resort" the advantage is from 10 month to 13 month. At 30 days, everyone has the same chance to book everything if there is one.
