  • Question Please

As the owner of three Timeshares from SC - Mexico for ages , and an excellent credit rating - I've attempted to sell trade list giveup these fiscal drains that I never use.
My question/concern is - that if I cease paying the annual maintenance fees
how could this translate to possible credit damage.
Is There A viable solution to this Dilemma

    Thanks

While I have no experience selling, the best advice that I've seen is to avoid the services that offer to sell your TS that charge an upfront fee.

        Good luck,

while you are trying to sell, do what you can to rent it out.

definitely do it yourself, do not pay someone else to sell it. list it everywhere you can low/no cost.
