Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this Timeshare resale company. I talked to them today and like most of these companies, they tell you how great they are and how they can do this and that and blah blah blah......

They want $500 upfront, and this is the only fee that they require.

Supposedly, the thing that makes them better than other companies is that they target people that almost bought a unit, but did not.

So, any advice on this company would be greatly appreciated.

And thats all they will do, collect the money and never bother you again. Never pay an upfront fee to a timeshare reseller.

The thing that makes them exactly like all of the other upfront companies is that they they're feeding people a line to get them to pay an upfront fee.

When you think about it, the line is pretty absurd. How do they know where to find those people who almost bought a timeshare?
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

      “You shouldn't wear that body.”

This place is a total scam. I wish I did better research before trusting them with my property. Ever have that gut feeling, but not listen to it anyway?! Always trust your gut!!!!

He used a slightly different tactic with me. Nothing "up front" so to speak, but after he got a committed buyer he wanted me to forward $1600 to cover "legalities" on my behalf. When I insisted on a written contract, he said, "We do everything verbally." When I replied that isn't the way I do business with people I've never met, he came back with, "Well, you'll never sell then." I told him in that case I'd keep the place upon which he promptly hung up on me without another word.
