Hapimag, the world's oldest timeshare developer, and which trades through DAE and DRI, but not RCI or II, has been quite succesful with urban timeshares including London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Vienna, Berlin, Munich, Budapest, and Rome.

I've read a bit about Hapimag

Love the concept, and the locations look ideal. I wasn't able to get pricing without forking over my contact information which I wasn't inclined to do. Does anyone know what the pricing is on Hapimag? Is there a resale market?

It is hard to find bargain resales, largely because of Hapimag's buy-back provisions, which guarantee to repurchase the timeshare of anyone who has bought from the developer and owned for a certain period of time at a price that is a percentage of the current list price for developer sales. They probably have the best exit program in the industy.

That ssid, however, the more people seeking repurchase, the longer the time period they are allowed to close the deal, and in the last few years that time period has gotten longer due to aging original purchasers who are no longer able to travel as much. As a result, some brokers have gotten in the business of selling Hapimag resales for those who want to close quicker. The prices are lower than a developer purchase, but are nothing like an eBay firesale.
