        Thinking about this a bit more...

        As mentioned before, if a resort becomes sold out the owners in the end will determine to sell it, update it, etc. And of course you have the RTU scenario and thus depriving the sales guy point of "you can will it to your kids".

        But since I got my Diamond Resorts flyer yesterday telling me about the board of directors election, etc. for the "US Collection".....

        If your deed is in a trust, and that trust was aranged so the developer can add or remove resorts....a run down resort could be sold off, and a new one built/bought to replace it. And one thing I have noticed, newer resorts always seem to have higher point costs. Thus facilitating the need to buy more points from your "hiers".
