I am a RTU at the Tahoe Sands Resort at Lake Tahoe. The whole group of owners is mostly deeded ownership. From what I have learned is that when my RTU is up in 2-3 years, most if not all the RTU's will be also ended at the same time. Various resorts may also have a blend of deeded versus RTUs. Making up a list would be rather challenging. garyd210
