We used them last year to list our Naegle summer unit at the Ridge Tahoe. I recommended them as a no upfront company that also was recommended by my resales dept at the Ridge on a few timeshare forums
After talking to the owner about listing and him and I agreeing on a listing price I was then handed over to a lady who did nothing for the next year but call me wanting me to drop the price. This started one day after my dealing with the owner.
At the end of our year contract we were up at the Ridge and stopped in to talk to them because nothing happening while other owners were selling their units through the Ridge resales office. As it was hard for me to climb the stairs to get to their office because of having knee replacement couple weeks earlier my wife and I did to see if we wanted to renew with them.
We were greeted at the first desk by a young lady that treated us like we were in a timeshares presentation and not one of the good ones. She talk down to us without knowing who we are or what we had listed with them. My wife finally had enough of her crap and said we are not going to renew with you people and we walked out. As leaving the office she smarts off with "whatever"
I like their straight no upfront but they do charge high fee and after getting your listing all they do is call for another drop in your price and never offer to lower their fee if they had a buyer.
We did sell our unit this last July fourth week while up at the Ridge to another owner and for much more than we would have received after their commission was taken out.
The new owners would be better off checking out the employee's before just keeping them all. Just because someone has been in timeshare dealings for years doesn't make them a good agent. Many of these same people were the ones that for years were in sales and we all have had to deal with these underhanded sales people before.

That unfortunately is a common problem reported about many brokerages.. Some will simply try to secure every listing they can- with the belief that they will later be able to convince the sellers to reduce their asking price during the listing term.
I'm not a fan of that model either.. One thing that tells you immediately, is that they spend very little to advertise individual listings- or perhaps that they simply misjudged the market for your week.
Hopefully the new ownership will be able to resolve the issues you mentioned and will continue to operate as a no upfront fee brokerage.my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.
