What do you know about Resorts2Rent?

We received a call from them last night. Their claim is they buy up Getaways from II, RCI, etc. that we are entitled to but do not use and resell them to corporate clients, sharing the profit with us. Of course, we declined, but I'm curious. Anybody know about them?

I got a cal the other day from ITN and it sounded like the same ploy,, I got them to admit that there is an upfront fee to register of about $600 and up.

Called again today. They want $1200 upfront but claim unused weeks ($99 per) is refunded. I'm not taking the bait, but she's calling Monday after I do more research and I'm going to get all the info I can to inform TS Forums. All input will be appreciated. Their site is XXXX
