I'm attending a meeting today for this group.. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be more than just another session of complaining about the state of the industry.

Perhaps I'll suggest a name change! That one is simply too many letters for the public to appreciate and doesn't seem to lend itself well to any type of acronym.

No suggestion, I really don't know their is such group there. Shouldn't its member try to promote it when ad the properties? Sounds like one with license will be more monitor by local law office.

There has been a lot about this group mentioned in Timesharing Today It seems a positive step forward for the industry for the reputable people to band together and try to set some standards.

This group and many like it have been around for a while. Unfortunately, given the state of the resale market, the PCC business model dominates. It's very hard for normal real estate brokers to compete against such model.
