Advice on Exchange International

Hello, So My Husband signed up about 2 years ago to a company that said they would sell our time share. Well we are finally figured out how stupid that was. Now a company called yesterday called Exchange International and the lady said they could get our money back. And of course all we would have to pay is 300 for attorney fee's. Now is this yet another scam to get 300? wondering if anyone has actually went through them and got their money back.
Also doesn anyone know of a legitament company that can get your money back?

The only time I ever heard of people getting their money back was through government action. The get your money back scam has been growing in the past few years.

Calls

I get 3 to 4 of these calls a week. They get angry when I say I'm not interested. I'm on the do not call list but they still call me. If anyone find out it's not a scam I would like to know.

Cut your losses and don't fall for it.
Unless of course you want to part with another $300.
