  • Help!! How to sell Bluegreen timeshare without getting scammed..

My parents are trying to sell their Bluegreen timeshare and just got ripped off by a company claiming to sell it for them. Of course, they are embarrassed and told me in a visit during Thanksgiving. How do I go about helping them not only selling the timeshares, but also getting their money back from the company that ripped them off? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

    Time Share Resales

I would suggest that your parents check out Pinnaclevacations.com. They are official resalers for Blue Green (BG). I have bought several timeshares from them and they seem very professional. You can get contact detail from their web-site. I would recommend speaking with Diann.

Additionally, I would recommend that you go to the Blue Green forum, by using the Form Navigation Tool and then clicking on Resort Chains. You can find a wealth of information related to Blue Green, there. You may want to contact BoccaBum99 (Jim); he seems very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of buying or selling Blue Green. If you look at one of his comments you will see a link for time share rentals and time share sales. I think you will find both to be reasonable and honest.

I'm sorry that I am unable to help with your parents getting their money back. You should emphasize to them that to never put money up front without getting advice that they can trust. Good luck in your pursuit.

You may also want to send a private message to BocaBum99, you can find his information on the bluegreen side of this forum.

He has a good bit of experience with the resale market and may offer suggestions.

Also, try to get them to file a complaint..

Here are two places they can look for help if either the resort, their residence, or the scammers are located in Florida...

If the US postal service was somehow involved (documents were sent to you, or you send documents to them by USPS) you can also file a complaint at
