And where are all the proponents of the marvelous "condo hotels" now? Another idea doomed from the start for easy money. Still plenty of "Coming Soon" signs (and web sites) for a bunch of them but even those that got built are in deep trouble.

These high priced, big management fee based plans are all out for easy money and little else. Hopefully most people were smart enough to stay far away no matter how much money they had to burn. But apparently not all....
