I can provide the agents name and contact info to antone who wants it.
My first thought upon reading this was " Why would the secret Service have anything to do with this?". So I looked them up on Wikipedia. Sure enough, they are charged with investigating electronic crimes.

You can file an online complaint to the FBI for any internet based crime at Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | File a Complaint.

You should also file a complaint with your state's attorney general, the attorney general in the state where your timeshare is located, as well as the attorney general of the state where the fraudulent company claims to be operating from. You can find a complete list of United States Attorneys General at NAAG | Welcome

Like the Gonczy scam of about ten years ago, when they were supposedly creating a real estate investment trust to own timeshares. In that case they the sellers had to pay $500 for a worthless "appraisal" that someone spent about 5 minutes to prepare.

Interesting how things change while not changing. The Gonczy's took advantage of the fact that that there were people anxious to get rid of their timeshares and were suckers for a story that sounded superficially true. And scammers are still taking advantage of the fact that that there are people anxious to get rid of their timeshares and are suckers for a story that sounds superficially true.

It was an outrage that the Gonczy's were charging $495 as an uprfront cost for appraising the unit. And they went to jail for it. Now $495 is peanuts to the amounts the current upfront fee scammers get from people.

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

            “You shouldn't wear that body.”

              FYI-All Realty Services. Orlando Fl

These guys are running the exact same scam mentioned above. They reel you in by claiming they don't want money upfront to sell your timeshare and then they tell you that you must have a third party appraisal to do so. How convenient that they can take care of.this for you for $495. Of course the appraisal says nothing of notable value and could have been generated by a chimpanzee. AMAZINGLY I have actually seen their offices near Disney World so they are bold enough to scam you in broad daylight. Want to flush $495 down the toilet? Just call Suzan Felsing at All Realty Services!

Also, I have apretty detailed record of my dealings with TIA claiming to be based in Houston if anybody needs it to prosecute these frauds.
