Wondering about this Closing Company. I tried searching the forum but got no hits. This is the web site listed for them.

They seem to be the closing agent for a number of ebay sellers, likely "post card" companies. Perhaps some common ownership if memory serves. I have dealt with them for a couple ebay transactions and while I can't rave about lightning service, I did get the deeds I was expecting and have happily enjoyed ownership since. Just check your paperwork carefully, as you should no matter who is handling.

If that's the one in Orlando, I've closed 2 transactions with them. Slow, error prone and borderline incompetent.

They are indeed, reputable and they do have a relationship with the largest reseller on ebay as he used to work for them before becoming a reseller.

I've used them with 4 or 5 eBay purchases and they do a good job. They communicate mostly by email but that works best for us. We have had no problems.
