Lawrence Welk Desert Oasis vs. Palm Springs Tennis Club

Hi all:

I need some advice. In March we got a "Hot Week" at Lawrence Welk Desert Oasis in Cathedral City through Platinum Exchange. Our week starts this Friday. Today I called the resort and found out Platinum gave our week to someone else! Platinum has confirmed this screw-up but apparently can't get in contact with the other person who nowhas our week. Platinum has offered to put us into Palm Springs Tennis Club instead. We have never been to either resort. We haven't agreed to do this yet. Any comments on either resort would be helpful.

Platinum made good on Lawrence Welk, so crisis is over.
