They have been having some sort of problem with their host for a while now. It has to do with capacity and only a certain amount of users can get in at one time so when it is busy you start getting the messages when you try to log in. They were working on getting it straightened out, but, apparently they haven't been able to come to an agreement with their server host yet.ken H.,Ballston Lake, NY

I went over there last night to check on a PM I got and while checking the the 2 boards I usually look at, I got the server problem message. Now if they were only as tolerant of members as they are of poor server service.

I come here first and don't bother much with Tug any more. It's "same old same old". It's usually refreshing to not hear anything about Tug over here, but we get more Tug This and Tug That when they're having problems. Maybe RCI bought them and is scheduling daily maintenance now to serve you less better!
Go, Ken, Go! Thanks for making this a good (AND RELIABLE) place to come hang out and talk timeshare.

I understand that they have problems with too many people online and all. But why would it dump the person who is already online??
I am in the middle of reading through the topics and all of a sudden I can't access it any longer. If there are too many people online why doesn't it stop others from logging in, rather than dropping those already on?Cindi

When I get the "server busy" notice, I usually just hit the back space (to return to where I was), and resubmit the request. If it still doesn't accept the request, I just open a new windor or new tab and browse somewhere else for awhile, then try TUG again later.“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”
