All in all though, a more positive story than most I've seen in the media.. Have to wonder though if Jason has been sleeping through most of this past year and simply hasn't realized how prices for the big developers have fallen! Perhaps now is the time to offer him the chance to buy your Marriotts and DVCs at last year's prices!
