Does anyone have a simple rental agreement they are willing to share?
We are hoping to rent a small studio unit for one week in Aruba next January and need a simple rental agreement.

Where the business is conducted as well as where the real estate is located may impact the laws governing short term rentals.

As a point of reference, you can view my brokerage's short term rental agreement by clicking HERE. It is based on Florida requirements, but may help give you a general outline.

There are many onsite companies that can provide you with a base template including Myresortnetwork.com and TStoday.com.

You may also want to consider using an escrow company to assist with your rental. Most can provide you with a basic escrow agreement. First American Title Company and PCS Title both provide this service for a relatively low cost.
