Best Way to Sell Timeshare?

We have a HGVC Timeshare that we would like to sell. Has anyone heard of Bay Tree Solutions or TimeShareFree? We are looking for the names of reputable companies. We also know that we will take a tremendous loss with this, but it beats paying MF of $1000 annually. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The key is the fee. If there is an upfront fee of any kind involved (don't believe the story that they have a buyer and need...) you can be pretty sure that it is a scam outfit. Timeshare Free sounds like a post card company- these types want your money-not your timeshare.
