Does anyone know if you have to have banked your week with DAE before you can use their Bonus Weeks. My 1 Floating week Will be with RCI which I will have to use(in the process of owning a TITLE DEED.

Or can I still use DAE for their rentals and bonus weeks even if I haven't banked with them?

Yes you can use their bonus weeks without a deposit.
I've only used their bonus weeks and never done an exchange.
They have great deals on last minute exchanges.
Sometimes as low as $99.
