Hold/Sell Calculator - Anyone seen this?

Hey all, I am new here, so not familiar with the rules and regs in the community. I own a timeshare in Cabo and honestly, I am desperate to sell. I can't stand the internet really becuase I search stuff and its just information overload really.

I came across some hold/sell calculator on some website and I it was pretty eye opening on how big of a drain financially my timeshare is.

Any advice as to what to do? I have a kid in college and these fees are just not working, and flights cost too much these days and I only see it getting worse.

It's no secret that an unused timeshare is a waste of maintenance fees. Best bet is to unload it. If it's paid off, you can sell it on ebay (maybe for $1, depends what you own), or give it away. Maybe deed it back to your resort.
