Need advice on unused week in San francisco

Hi there
New to the forum and need advice. I have an unused week at Powell place in sf and the week that I wanted is booked. What are my options for the unused week? Can I sell it? Is it too late at this point? Is there an eBay for timeshare weeks? I also read about exchanges? Any advice would be appreciated.

When is the unused week? San Francisco is a pretty high demand area so you should be able to rent it, or deposit it with an exchange company depending on when the week is.

Similar situtation with my 2011 Poipu week except that I did get a booking.
I posted in the exchange forum.
Going the SFX route to bank it. I;ll post how it goes when we finally exchange.

I agree with renting it out. I think it is the only way that you can get some of your money back. However, make sure you do your research on whatever company you choose to advertise with! There are SO many out there who will promise to list your timeshare on their website for a fee - only to take your fee and not follow through with their promises. Just be careful and good luck!
