  • Selling/Renting reservations

    New to this site. Just purchased a TS from BlueGreen this summer.
    Just curious as to the idea of renting or selling a reservation. Anyone with experience on this? Due to my wife's work schedule, really not sure that we will get to use all our points prior to expiration.
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    In the Branson area, MANY BG rservations, or whatever, are offered on Craigslist.

    I have been renting excess weeks (all we own now) for more than ten years, and have never broken even on one. $300 a week is about all we can get, and are lucky to get that.

      If you can make a great summer week ocean front

      In Myrtle Beach, you should be able to rent it for a small profit and save your points. Renting isn't easy, and doing 1 week a year is a lot of work and cost for ad's etc.
