How much do you pay a month between MF's and you Mortgage/Credit Card payments on this?

No chance at working a bit at booking desireable locations and weeks to try to make that money up in rental income?

Ride, 6,000 BG points will get you 5 nights in a 1BR, maybe 7 nights in a studio at a resort and he only gets them every other year.
There is really very little to do with that number of points so the usual advice of renting out would be difficult here.


And yes, you will NOT be able to sell these points with the outstanding loan....no way.

Boca and several others have given you the unfortunate truth, you either have to pay it off and then give them away if you can OR default on the loan and walk away.
