There seems to be agreement that every day in Orlando (for example), someone is signing a contract for, say, $25,000 for something that someone else is trying to get rid of, and can't even get a buck for it, because the party receiving the $25000 today does not care about the party they got $25000 from before.
Why is it that some see something wrong with that and others don't?
A few seconds of thought . . . is it because they are not the ones who can't get a buck for their unwanted timeshare, so it doesn't apply to them?
