Here are reviews about an Orlando timeshare resort. Unless things have changed, it is owned and operated by a company we all know and love.
GHETTO! - Do NOT stay here. I got to the hotel at noon only to find a sign on the front desk door telling me the "staff" was out to lunch. When I called the contact number, the "manager" told me she wouldn't be back for "at least another hour." So I sat in the parking lot. Alone. In the Orlando heat. To make a long story short, I finally got checked in (the manager/front desk girl -name rhymes with ... Gessica- had gold grills, which should've been a huge warning sign) I pull back the bed sheets, and there's a dead bug on my pillow. In addition to the stench of the room. I ran out of there and never looked back.

I need to preface this with, I am a timeshare owner and did not want to lose my week so I booked my home resort for a business trip. Boy was that a mistake. The front desk is only open from 8-5. I was flying in late on Monday so I did make arrangements that evening to get into my room. When I went to the front desk at 8am the next morning....no one there. Called the emergency number and they said someone was on the way. Finally at 8:30 someone arrived. Bad customer service.... The rooms - Old fixtures and very few fixtures at that. The rooms are not comfortable although the King bed was OK. The room was clean but the all of the old fixtures looks stained and run down. The pool is small and never used. The Neighborhood is not good at all . There is a security guard that roams the property all night and it is a good thing. This part of Orlando is not safe at night. This timeshare week was a gift given to me years ago. I always trade and now I know why I trade for another resort every year. DO NOT STAY HERE .

The place is a Poorly run timeshare condo rented by an hour, is far from anyplace, incl the airport. there is no place to eat within walking distance, either. The rooms are impersonal, staff inflexible and poorly trained. No Internet access.absolutely nothing compelling. A big mistake.

all i can say is that when i arrived and looked at the place, its just horrible . interval international should take this place out of their resort list. that place its not a resort people actually live there. the matresses had blood stains and body fluids all over. the place is a big giant roach dumpster. the place needs to be closed down.

Don't go! The place is roach infested and smells terrible. Duck and cover or run and hide as roaches climb in between your bed sheets! The place is filthy and looks like a neglected shack of a place. If you go, ask for your money back, we did!! Sincerely, A concerned Individual with a horrible experience P.S.- The black "marks" on the floor are the remenants of bad cleaning, bad maintance and the countlesspeople steping on (killing) roaches. If you ... don't want to get even more distgusted, don't move the couch 'cause there's bound to be hundreds crawling all over the place!

This place was not well kept. Staff leaves after dark. Customer service is rude. No on site security. Room keys did not work. Had to call sherrifs dept to gain access to room so we could leave. Was approached by both prostitues and drug dealers on site in front of my family.
