Sorry, I know the timing is really lousy, but I was curious as to how this case played out, whether it got appealed (and cross-appealed as it turns out) and whether the judgement ever got paid.
The last I had looked at it was when the original verdict came in, 2008 I think, and the victim indicated she expected there to be quite a lot more ordeal to go through.
