Deposit, try to rent or Use?

So i have the large side of my 2br lockoff at Patriots place still left for week 27...and i don't know what to do with it...

If i deposit it with RCI tomorrow i get 24 TPU's
If i try to rent it....i won't get much, i'd be happy with $465, but will take less
If i use it...well it won't be easy with work

What would you do?

try to rent, set a min TP day, when TP drop to that and you have not get it rented, deposit to RCI

try to rent, prepare to use it (yourself, or give to friends as a favor) if it did not get rented, sometime, with overbuild area, it may get to last few days to get rented.

If you try to rent, try to ad aggressively on all places you can think of that cost nothing or very little.
