I have successfully rented a few units on Redweek. I don't particularly like the model where you have to pay to contact the owner. I have also had success using vacationtimesharerentals.com, which doesn't charge a membership fee.
I listed one of my timeshares for sale on both Redweek and MyResortNetwork. I got much better response from MyResortNetwork and sold it quite quickly at my full asking price. The listing fee was cheaper on MyResortNetwork and you don't have to pay a membership fee.
That was 4 years ago when it was much easier to sell than now. I will use MyResortNetwork again when I sell my other timeshare in the near future.
