Agreed! But interestingly, Cork, Ireland is the site of a major RCI Europe call center. I wonder if this is some new employee trying to impress the boss. Surely, RCI itself would not be this amateurish?

It's got to be a joke. Since when is RCI HIGHLY REPUTABLE????? And since when has there been a strong emphasis on customer service and value...not in the more then recent past, there hasn't.
