  • Selling my Wyndham Vacation Resort Timeshare

    https://www.wyndhamvacationresorts.c...age/index.html

I used the search function, but every thread talks about sites to not use when selling your timeshare (The whole thing).

I'm Looking to sell a wyndham vacation resort timeshare that has resorts in the North America, Mexico, Guam, and the islands.

I have seen people suggest ebay and craigslist, but are there any other sites I should look into?

I wasn't trying to sell in an open forum, I'm trying to get information for websites or people to use to sell the timeshare.

I plan on taking out an add on this forum too, but the more people you use to get the information out there the better chances you have in selling it. Looking for additional sites.

Make sure you're realistic about what you expect to get for it too. Take a look at ebay where the majority of Wyndham points auction don't go for much more than $1 if they sell.

If it's a resort with low maintenance fees or a good fixed week you might get someone to take it and cover the closing costs. If it's a high MF resort or a poor fixed week you might have to pay the transfer and throw in some prepaid use.

Thank you. I guess what I was looking for is a real estate agent for timeshares that might take 10% of the sale price.

            I'll try craigslist and ebay.

What ever you do do not pay an up front fee. If you do you will lose your money and get nothing for it. You came here first and lucky that you did so you do not get stuck paying out as so many have and come here when it is to late.

You're not likely to find one for a wyndham property, as they just don't sell for anything. DVC, Hilton or Hyatt maybe....

                  Please be careful

You will be contacted by lots of scammers that have a buyer, they just need $$$$ for escrow/taxes/prepaid annual fees, etc that will be refunded to you when the deal closes. These companies are all scammers, if you fall for any of these upfront fees, you will never see that money again.

                  Please don't become another victim.
