International Cruise Exchange

Has anyone had any experience with International Cruise Exchange? Do they offer significantly discounted vacations on a regular basis or is it every once in a while? Thanks!

I haven't used them, but from the experience of others their ''cruise exchanges'' generally are not good deals, and they are often NOT the cheapest of the cruise discounters. Unfortunately our Links Directory is down. It has a good set of clickable links to cruise discounters. Without that tool, unfortunately, I am not able to direct you. Perhaps someone else can.
