Qusestion on Timeshare Brokers

When I look at the auctions on E Bay I see that it says "local pick up only "
I don't know what that means. Why won't the auctioneer mail the confirmation ? thanks

Ebay didn't used to have a free shipping tab, so all sellers used to pick local pick up only. Neither of these are really how it is done, as all papers are done email and snail mail. Greg
