rescinding a Wyndham contract

Im currently in the process of writing the rescinding letter to cancel a Wyndham purchase and need a bit of help. Initially i purchase a timeshare off resale and this is my first time visiting it, during the owners update they offered me a deal to add the timeshare i purchased to the points system if i purchased a 64,000 point unit at Ocean Walk. They took the down payment through opening a Bill Me Later and applied it to that and then the remaining as a mortgaged. Now what would i need to state in the letter to cancel the contract and the processing fees they charged to my credit card separetly.

I have both of the contract numbers one for converting the fixed week to points and one for the purchase, Also will i need to go ahead and cancel the other memberships they signed me up for myself or will these also be canceled when i rescind the contract?

How long ago did you buy? In most cases you have a week to send a cancel letter

florida so its 10 days and it was yesterday that i signed.

its been about 24 hours since i signed and in florida the rescind period ends after 10 days, im just curious if there are any extra steps since they used bill me later and they converted my fixed week to points

Looking through all of the paperwork i was given i could not find the Notice of Mutual Right of Cancellation of Time Share Purchase.

Anyone have a recent wyndham form i could use as a guide or know how to get this from them?
