Any pet friendly high end TS chains?

I noticed on bringfido that most of the higher end hotel chains are pet friendly. Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott, Four Seasons hotels seem to allow for a dog or two as long as they are not left alone. That made me wonder why these same brands wouldn't have that option for their TS. Does anyone know any TS chains that do allow pets?

Four Seasons Aviara allows small dogs. Doesn't get much more high end than that.

Some people get their aniimals certified as "service animals" for emotional reasons so they can go anywhere.
I met someone at Morritt's who did just that.

It is kind of interesting that many better hotels are throwing out the welcome matt for fluffums, but timeshares ain't hotels. I don't look for a big pet-friendly push in ts and in fact, that window is closing fast.

Sneaking in a dog is terrible, only slightly better than abusing the system to make poochie a service animal.

It's too bad Silverleaf ended it, as I did enjoy those resorts and most seemed to have attentive humans (meaning they cleaned up after their dogs) and tons of space to take the dog away from common areas. I assume that must have changed, causing ... issues for maintenance workers and guests alike.

Many anti-dogs-in-ts people will tell you that your dog will be happier at home without you. They must not have the same kind of dog that I do, as mine is always happiest with me. Never saw any signs of her not enjoying the trip like they say their dogs never did (ts is not for everyone). oh well, Best Westerns it is when she's along.

I have a lot of dogs, but there is one in particular who would rather go with anywhere, anytime. I can take her to work with me and until she is actually seen, nobody knows she is there. At home, she is my yappiest barker. When we go places, I just tell her she has to be quiet if she wants to be included and she does. Too bad she doesn't shut her yap at home that easily.

After seeing pretty much any nice hotel near Disneyland (excluding the Disney hotels) allows pets, I looked at Palm Springs and some other areas that I could drive to. Pretty much all had a large selection of places to stay. There was even a place in Desert Hot Springs that has a pet nanny in the afternoons, so you could really leave your dog while you go out. It just got me wondering why I could bring my dog to Sheraton, but not to Sheraton TS, etc. Do they think people who stay in the hotels are more responsible than those staying in TS?

no, I think that people are more likely to bring dogs for longer stays (vs quick weekend to attend wedding,e tc) and maint fees on ts are passed along to owners who vote no on pets while hotels pass along costs however they want and people pay it or go elsewhere.

It is odd, tho, I agree, and a strange trend of Ritz dog-pampering items/services vs DON'T YOU BRING THAT THING HERE ts mindset.

FWIW, many more people don't want to vacation in the same unit your pet did than do.
