  • Free Bluebeards Beach Club USVI 1br loft

    We are wanting to "sell" our week 26 Unit 224 (fixed week) at Bluebeards Beach Club and Villas, St. Thomas, USVI. The original week is in St. Thomas, USVI but can be exchanged to use all over the world, at any time of the year. We are asking $0.00 for this timeshare. If you or someone you know is looking to take over this week please contact us. We will make all the connections to have the documents drawn and processed. Yearly maintenance fees are ($667.00).

    We love St. Thomas but with 3 boys and us in middle of an adoption we do not have the funds nor time to travel or use this.

      Unit 224 is a walk out beachfront Building B sleep four studio. Newly renovated. King Bed. Granite Countertops.

      Feet in the sand!

      I own unit 222 also ground floor building B.

        I wonder if Karen would let me take this?

        Any idea what the transfer costs are? Has this been deposited to an exchange company or rented for this year? Little confused though is this a studio or 1 bedroom? I only ask because the full kitchen would be nice.

          Transfer cost were $50 to 100. We have not used nor plan to use our week this year. I believe it is a studio loft. I can verify type of kitchen if needed.

            The floor plan for a studio loft is shown in the pictures available in the RCI resort directory. They sure make it look like a full, if small, kitchen.

              If you can vacation week 26 every year or two, it is worth it - I own week 3 & 4 in 222 and 254...we paid $750+ per unit to upgrade in 2012 and it is money well spent as this is a KILLER location...talk to Karen and tell her "Pat said so"
              As an owner, there is no $22 per day energy charge that is levied against exchangers and Wyndham point owners.

                Kitchens have refrigerator with separate freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender - no, you can not cook a turkey here ....only thing missing is a dishwasher. (Husband washes dishes on VaCay - it is only fair)

                    I did, however we have opted not to take it. Even though it is a great holiday week, given our schedules and employers it would not work for us. We would also prefer to go to this destination in the winter season.
