What happened to the other site?

I apologize if I am not posting this question in the right section. Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to the other website (tug2). I have not been able to access the site for almost a week, is the site permanently down? Seems strange.

It's not down.
Hasn't been down but some people are having firewall issues with virus blocking software.
If you are trying to access the site at a workplace that may be why.

I am having problems too but only the last couple of days. I am able to see the resort reviews area but I am not able to get on the BBS. I was able to get on the BBS for about 5 minutes earlier today but it went away again. I tried on my phone and my computer.

They have had issues with some firewalls blocking access. I saw it on mine. I have full protection enabled & I was effectively locked out of any TUG web site address. My neighbor has his WiFi wide open - no active firewall - and by just switching my access point to his - no other changes - my TUG access was restored.

Send an email to tug@tug2.net with your ip address and they can fix it. What exactly they do I don't know as they aren't saying. The email request just generates a return email saying it should work now & it did.

The last newsletter had something about a workaround, but I just scan and delete the newsletters. I can't seem to find the recent one on the forum, either.
