WE just received a letter from CLT-WDW Ltd. a collection to litigation firm and have been given 72 hrs to pay.
Has anyone ever received a letter like this and what did you do?

Most people panic, but a contact from a collection agency is just that. When I have had billing disputes and
a collection agency called, I've read them the riot act and told them to take me to court (happened 1 of 3 times and they lost in court).
