Want to take over timeshare at Virginia Beach. Summer please.

I am looking to take over a week that someone no longer wishes to own and pay the fees on. I go there every year and would love to own a timeshare. If anyone knows someone who needs to get out of or sell for very cheap, let me know.

There may be someone out there willing, but it's unlikely to get a free summer beach week unless there is something wrong. I think many of the Va. beach timeshares are on the small side.

I've talked to a title person that deals with Gold Key properties and apparently many people are losing them and Gold Key just scoops them right back up and resells them for retail value again.

The trick is to find those people before they just give them back.
