Why would anyone promote a listing and then snipe at it? Bruce must be getting generous in his old age. Letting others drink from the well.

I'd say it's worth about $6k +/- $500. If I were on the market for one, I'd be willing to pay that much for this blended CMV UDI.

I'd say it's worth about $6k +/- $500. If I were on the market for one, I'd be willing to pay that much for this blended CMV UDI.

Boca, I would not bid more for this "Blended CMV UDI Cottage" than the "BLended Oak Timbers" ebay auction I stole this last week.

This Cottage ownership does not have the free golfing and ski pasees like the Oak Timbers does. But it does have 12,000 Bluegreen Points that added to my other 27,000 BLuegreen Points tied to my other 3 Blended UDI Oak Timbers would bring us up to 39,000 Bluegreen Points if we bid and won this ebay auction.
