took the unit here because of the three bedroom, 8 people, we are trying to make due with one set of towels, no towel exchange here, the dryer has been going for three hours and things are still wet, the repair man says just do two towels at a time, next time, i make sure that is one of the things on the needed list is towel exchange. plus a lot of added fees here.

One set of towels for 8 people? Or 8 sets of towels, one for each person?

Sounds like we did better when we used to get the 3 bedroom units at the infamous Orange Lake. We had plenty of towels, but our then niece-in-law never used one more than once, so the washer/dryer was never not going.

Gotta go. Taking the girls to the Cootie Bin and Texas Roadhouse.

    Good luck.

"these dryers are not meant to dry big things" they claim it is working, it just can't dry towels, so somehow we have to not dirty towels this week. RCI will call me back in two hours. I don't unerstand why we are the only people who have had this problem, if our dryer won't dry the towels, the other dryers must not either.

Just curious...is it no towel exchange or no free towel exchange?
If you pay will they give you more towels?

This is all just freakin annoying.

i think you can get it for a charge. they changed dryers, and I put i a few baby clothes, and they are not drying. this resort is kind of tight with things, it is a long week with three little boys . my daughter tried to pack one suitcase for the 4 of them and do laundry; it is not working. baby just upchucked all over me and his only warm jacket.

Find the breaker box and trip the breaker. That excessive heat could be dangerous.
