I looked up one resort that had a special assessment once, but this site didn't find it. -
Same here, plus it doesn't account for different fees for different types of units.
It relies on whatever information whoever enters.

I checked another resort for maintenance fees and they varied from $ 92 to $ 700. The highest fee at that resort will be $ 558 next year. Do I even have to look for $ 92 ? These numbers are not real- they have been made up.Comment
